This takes place at your venue, yes no matter where your venue is located we will travel. Don’t have a venue yet? Don’t stress we also are more than happy to work with you to ensure you find that perfect location!
Quote and Design Concept
Once we have met with you at your chosen venue we will then create a proposal including a quote and a design concept of what we think best fits within the style and budget you are going for. We do have an extensive range of suppliers that we liaise with on your behalf and we highly recommend them, we like to think of them as the best in the business for not only customer service/quality, style to the client and also affordability. That being said we also love to work with any suppliers that you love too!!
Deposit and vendors are locked in
Your first payment guarantees that your event date is locked in, key style items are paid for and your planning is well and truly underway! This allows you to sit back, relax and enjoy the freedom being involved in as little or as much as you like during the design process.
Let’s meet again
We meet with you back at your venue one last time before the event, it gives us all a chance to run through the finer details and allows you to make any changes or suggestions that you may have.
Final payment and the Event
Your final payment is due one month out from your event date, allowing enough time for all the final preparations and planning for your big day!
We service weddings and events in Melbourne, Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Gippsland and the Bellarine Peninsula however are happy to travel wherever your event takes us.
